Of course. Most clients come to us with a business goal, not a specific service request. You might say 'I need more customers' — and we figure out whether that means a new website, a marketing campaign, an app, or a combination. That's what the first call is for.

It depends on the project. Some services are naturally fast — a standalone logo in 3-5 days, a social media reel edit in 2-3 days, a Starter website in 3-7 days. Complex apps and marketing campaigns take longer. Tell us your deadline on the first call and we'll be honest about whether we can meet it.

We work with everyone — from solo founders building their first website to established companies like Adani One. Most of our clients are small-to-medium businesses in India. Our pricing is designed for real businesses, not enterprise-only budgets.

It depends on the service and complexity. Starting prices: websites from ₹15,000, apps from ₹75,000, logos from ₹5,000, motion graphics from ₹15,000, video editing from ₹5,000, digital marketing from ₹15,000/month, content writing from ₹3,000 per piece. Each service page has detailed pricing tiers. We give exact quotes after understanding your specific project.

No. For most projects, we work on a 50/50 split — 50% advance to start, which is non-refundable once paid, and the remaining 50% on completion, before handover. For monthly services like digital marketing or content writing, we invoice monthly.

Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Razorpay, and international wire transfer for clients outside India. We send a proper invoice for every payment.

No. The quote we give you is the price you pay. If the project scope changes (you want extra features or pages), we'll discuss the additional cost before doing the work — never after. Third-party costs like hosting, domain names, ad spend, or premium plugins are always listed separately and transparently. Hosting and your domain are yearly fees paid to those providers, not part of our price (the Doctors Launchpad packages are the exception: they include domain, hosting and SSL for the first year, and domain + hosting then renews at ₹2,000 a year).

No. The 50% advance is non-refundable from the moment it's paid, whether or not work has started. If you're unsatisfied with the direction once we've started, we'll work with you to fix it (3 rounds of revisions are included in every project). We don't offer refunds on completed and approved work, because you've already approved each stage before we moved forward.

Primarily through WhatsApp for day-to-day updates. We also use email for file sharing and formal communications, and video calls (Google Meet or Zoom) for design reviews and strategy discussions. You'll have Saurabh's direct number — no ticketing systems, no chatbots. The only automatic emails are receipts (after some of our forms) and call confirmations and reminders (when you book a call); every actual reply comes from a person.

You see everything along the way. For websites and apps: weekly builds you can test. For design: concepts before we finalize. For videos: a first cut to review before the final edit. For marketing: a monthly report, plus weekly snapshots while ad campaigns are running. You're never in the dark. If something doesn't look right, we fix it immediately — not at the end.

Every project includes 3 rounds of revisions. A revision means 'change anything you want' — colors, layout, wording, structure, pacing. Most projects don't use all three because we align closely with your vision before starting. If you need further rounds, we'll quote them separately, but it rarely happens.

Yes. Once the project is paid for, you own 100% of the work — code, designs, videos, content, source files, everything. We hand over all project files in editable formats. You can use the work anywhere, modify it, hand it to another agency — it's fully yours.

Every project comes with at least 30 days of free support (Doctors Launchpad packages get 90 or 120 days). During that time, we fix bugs, make small adjustments, answer questions, and help with anything related to the delivered work. After that, we offer ongoing support and maintenance plans if you need them. Or you can manage everything yourself — we hand over everything you need to do that.
